• When an item shows a "list price," that is the generally the suggested retail price specified by the publisher or manufacturer. We may show discounted prices on some items, typically books and music. When an item shows a price below suggested retail, that price is only for orders placed via the web. If you decide to call us and place an order by phone, you will be charged regular retail prices. Why? Because it is costly for us to handle phone orders. We love talking to our customers (we really do) but it's just not efficient and economical.

• But I don't have a credit card! How can I place an order over the web?
  It's easy! Just shop and select the items you want. When you're ready to complete your order, click the "submit" button from your possible bag page to place your order. Enter the requested information on the all the pages presented. When you get to the payment method page, you will see a link that allows you to pay by check or money order. You will be presented with a printable order form that includes all your items along with the appropriate shipping and sales taxes as applicable. Just print the form and send it to us with your check or money order. It's that simple!

• But I don't want to send my credit card over the Internet!   I've heard it's dangerous and I don't trust it.
  Relax. Your order is very secure and your information is encrypted (we test our system with our real data all the time). However, if you just don't feel safe, then follow the procedure for paying by check or money order and send us your order form along with your credit card information.
