While we prefer credit card payment for internet orders, we do accept money
orders and checks. To place an order without a credit card, follow these steps:
- Select all the items you wish to purchase. From your possible bag page, click on
- You will be presented with a series of pages for you to enter your email address, shipping
address, shipping method, and payment method. Fill out all the requested information. On the "payment method"
page, you will be presented with a link to follow if you wish to pay by check or money order. Click on this link and follow
the instructions. You will be presented with a printable order form.
- Print the order form and send it along with your check or money order to the address shown
on the form. Please note that orders paid by check may be delayed by up to 10 days while we wait for your check to clear.
TERMS FOR ORDERS PAID BY CHECK OR MONEY ORDER
We accept personal checks, business checks, and money orders that are payable to "Matoska Trading Company, Inc." and that
are drawn on a U.S. bank and payable in U.S. dollars. Personal and business checks must be imprinted with your name and
address. We do not accept hand-written "counter" checks. Orders paid by check may be held for up to 10 business days while we
wait for your check to clear our bank. Orders paid by money order ship immediately. A $5 bank processing charge applies to
orders from customers residing outside the United States. Checks returned to us unpaid are subject to a $30 service charge.
