Jingle Cones - Rolled - Gold

These cones are used to make jingle dresses. Traditionally, the tops of chewing tobacco cans were used. The lips were cut off and the center round portion was then rolled into jingles. These jingles are already rolled and save you a lot of time. Gold color cones. Sold in packs of 100.
