Soap & Bath - Shima
These soaps come from the heart of the Southwest, made by Navajo soap makers with ingredients harvested by Navajo farmers. Cleansing one's self before Ceremony is an ancient tradition, so soaps that purify, bring balance, and bridge between the spirits are part of the culture. "With each bar of soap we include a copy of this (blessingway) prayer, this way of beauty, harmony and balance - which we call hozho'." Shima is a non-profit organization creating tradtional soaps from wild-gathered products, focusing on cultural roots and environmental sustainability.
